Worth its 3 stars. Very clean place and good location. On-site restaurant Aviator Bar & Bistro was a bonus, had dinner there.
We liked the very convenient location and the staff was courteous. The room was so good sized. Thanks to their bartender for the help.
The bed was uncomfortable.
The beach was wonderful and in front of our hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the property.
Staff was friendly , good location ,everything was still running even late in the "season".
Free range of the facility of non guest, and wished there was a free continental breakfast.
Awesome location right on the beach! So many great places within walking/short drive distance. Our family has so many spots to chill and enjoy our time together, whether on the pier or in the courtyard where the awesome staff prepared a complementary 'pop-up' 4th of July barbecue!
The overall location is terrific! The food and wait staff were also terrific. LOVED the coffee and drinks in the lobby. Excellent choice to put a Keurig in the room! I would advertise that just a bit more to prompt guests to bring their favorite K-cup beverage. Awesome food service by the pool and really enjoyed the fire pit too.
The AC unit in the room (511) was a little noisy but worked very well. The couch near the fire pit needs a bit of tender loving care.
The sliding balcony doors had sand and grit in it and were barely able to close without a great deal of strength! The WiFi want worth a darn
Nice place, but entirely too high for location and near by activities!Would have looked elsewhere if knew something nearby with comfortable beds.Way overpriced!
Price, cleaning people seemed nicer than front staff.
Booked.net was 100$ more than if I would have booked it myself. Thought about it after the fact and could not cancel.
Great breakfast. Great staff, convenient.
beach is a little narrow due to washing by ocean.
The lobby, pool, and patio area was well-kept.
Don't bother with an "Oceanfront Ground Floor" room. There is no real sea view (it is blocked by a hill), and the room is only "oceanfront" in the direction it faces. When we were there, there was also construction equipment parked outside the room. The room itself was worn down (dark, old, paint peeling). Overall, while the facilities are nice, the room is what counts, and the room was definitely not worth it.
Staff was very nice and attempted to solve any problems.
The listing said ocean front but we were unable to see the ocean as there was dune in the way. I booked this trip for my mother who is wheelchair bound. She can't go out on the beach but I thought she would be able to see it from the room. The facility was too booked up to allow a room change. I was VERY disappointed in this especially for the price I paid!
Lobby, food ,staff
Needs more suites and ocean front units
An excellent staff: Front desk: Jack and Jackie Food service: Laronzo Bar: Donnie They all provided excellent customer service!!!
The hospitality of everyone was wonderful and the food was great!
We had hair in our shower and on the bathroom floor. The beds were a bit hard....
